Payment, Access, and Refunds
Rules for the Enough ruble balance, result charges, digital delivery, and refunds.

Payment
Enough uses one ruble balance for all workspaces. You may add any amount from RUB 300; quick options are RUB 300, 500, 1,000, and 2,000. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring charge. Website payments are processed through YooKassa.
Access
A new account receives a one-time RUB 300 welcome balance. A completed Dialogs response costs RUB 2, a completed Visual Lab image costs RUB 75, and Motion Lab costs RUB 150 per completed five seconds: RUB 300 for ten seconds and RUB 450 for fifteen. The amount is reserved when work starts and returned automatically after a confirmed technical failure before delivery.
Refunds
Send a request from the account email to Enougalready@yandex.ru with the account email, payment date, amount, identifier if known, and reason. Approved refunds use the original method where possible and may account for completed results already delivered and documented expenses.
Security
Enough does not receive or store the full card number, expiry date, or security code. Never send passwords, SMS codes, full card details, or security codes to support.
