Terms for using enoughai.tech, the Enough web app, and the connected Telegram bot.

1. General terms
These Terms are between Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Dmitrievich Repin (the Operator) and the user of Enough AI. Creating an account confirms acceptance of these Terms. Paid services are also governed by the Public Offer.
2. Service
Enough AI is a digital AI workspace for text, code, files, images, and video. Features depend on the corresponding resource balance. One account may be used on the website and in Telegram after explicit connection.
3. Account and materials
You must provide a valid email, protect your password, and not transfer the account, bypass limits, or disrupt the service. You keep rights to submitted materials and authorize the technical processing required to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to use those materials.
4. AI results
Automatically generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unexpected, or non-unique. They are not professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Verify important information independently.
5. Availability and prohibited use
The Operator may update, suspend, or discontinue functions for maintenance, security, law, or product development. Illegal activity, infringement, malware, infrastructure attacks, attempts to obtain private data, and abuse are prohibited.
6. Liability and law
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Russian law governs these Terms. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
