The public offer for topping up and using the Enough AI balance.

1. Acceptance
Paying a selected top-up amount constitutes full acceptance of the Russian Public Offer, these Terms, and the Payment and Refund policy.
2. Service and price
Enough uses one ruble balance shared by Dialogs, Visual Lab, Motion Lab, and a linked Telegram account. A completed Dialogs response costs RUB 2, a completed Visual Lab image costs RUB 75, and every completed five seconds of Motion Lab video costs RUB 150. The minimum top-up is RUB 300. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
3. Delivery
The paid amount is credited after payment confirmation, normally within a few minutes, has no calendar expiry, and combines with the existing balance. A new account receives a one-time RUB 300 welcome balance.
4. Use and quality
The displayed price is reserved when an operation starts and remains charged only for a completed result. A confirmed technical failure before delivery returns the reserve automatically. Generative results are probabilistic; a particular wording, image, or video is not guaranteed.
5. Refunds
Refund requests must be sent from the account email to Enougalready@yandex.ru with the payment date, amount, identifier if known, and reason. Any refund is assessed under Russian consumer law and may account for completed results already delivered and documented expenses.
