1. Controller and data

The controller is Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Dmitrievich Repin. Enough may process account identity, email, password hash, session and security data, submitted prompts and files, generated results, Telegram identity after connection, resource balances, payment metadata without full card details, support correspondence, and consent records.

2. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is used to create and protect accounts, deliver website and Telegram functions, process requests through connected providers, maintain history and balances, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and measure acquisition where permitted. Grounds include contract performance, consent, legal obligations, and legitimate interests where applicable.

3. Processors and transfers

Necessary data may be provided to hosting and compute providers, Telegram, YooKassa/YooMoney, payment aggregator ITGROUPP, and other processors only to the extent required. Full card details are entered on the payment provider side. Cross-border processing is used only after satisfying applicable Russian-law requirements.

4. Retention and security

Account data is retained while the account is active and afterward for legal claims and statutory duties. Payment records follow statutory retention periods. Dialog history can be deleted in the interface. Reasonable access control, password hashing, encrypted transport, logging, and backups are used.

5. Analytics and rights

Yandex Metrica starts only after separate analytics consent; Webvisor and chat-content recording are disabled. You may request access, correction, restriction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by emailing the Operator from the account address.
